 A NEW YORK CITY FERRY STOP AT KINGSBOROUGH??? 

IS THIS FOR KCC STUDENTS ONLY?   WILL EVERYONE BE ABLE TO USE IT?  WHAT STOPS WILL THE FERRY MAKE?  WHAT IS THE DESTINATION?  WHAT WILL THE FARES BE?  WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?  IF NON-KCC PASSENGER, WHERE WOULD THAT PERSON PARK IN ORDER TO GET ON THE FERRY? WILL IT AFFECT MANHATTAN BEACH RESIDENTS?
