Last night close to 100 people attended our meeting for a very informative presentation about property assessments, abatements, liens and taxes. Rob Roman, Jr. from the NYC Dept. of Finance did a great job.

In case you weren’t there, for most issues related to 1 or 2 family houses FORMS MUST BE IN by the middle of March.

That is for Exemptions, Abatements, Star etc. Liens have till May.
