The Oriental Blvd planters that Parks placed on Oriental have now baffled and totally confused them. Also of interest is that Parks moved these same planters off the corners about 2 years ago. It may be collective amnesia or the refusal of one person, but Bklyn Parks is unable, unwilling and completely mystified on how to move these planters. KCC, our local Community College, has volunteered to move the planters and babysit them on their campus. Physics tells ya the more mass the heavier an object is. Maybe if Parks empties the dirt from the planters they can then roll the planters to wherever. The wherever is another question. Where there is a will there is a way. Clearly, Parks does not have the will to move the planters. Maybe they should be honest and tell us the planters are staying put.
