As the City’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Stringer recently cited incompetence in his audit of BUILD IT BACK.  The City paid consultants
millions of dollar while shoddy administration, incomplete and flawed applications caused months of delays to homeowners seeking financial support in order to repair their damaged and destroyed homes.
