THE NEXT MEETING OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH COMMUNITY GROUP WILL BE HELD ON 

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 27TH AT P.S. 195 — 7:30 P.M.

IF YOU THOUGHT YOU KNEW EVERYTHING NECESSARY TO SAVE YOUR HOME, YOUR PROPERTY AND YOURSELF IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY BECAUSE YOU SURVIVED SUPERSTORM SANDY—THINK AGAIN!!!

FUTURE STORMS MIGHT BE ONE THOUGHT–BUT ELECTRICAL OUTAGES (like the one we  had on Sunday, January 10th), GAS LINE PROBLEMS, WATER CONTAMINATION ARE AREAS TO CONSIDER AS WELL AS THOSE UNFORESEEN EVENTS WE HEAR ABOUT THAT ARE HAPPENING ALL OVER THE WORLD.

YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED!!!

THE INVITATION FROM THE GOVERNOR AND ALL OF OUR LOCAL ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES INDICATE THE SEVERITY OF POSSIBLE PROBLEMS.

EVERYONE WHO REGISTERS TO ATTEND THIS MEETING WILL BE GIVEN A “GO-BAG” — AN EMERGENCY BAG WITH CONTENTS TO INCLUDE:  FLASHLIGHT/SAFETY GOGGLES/ALL PURPOSE FIRST AID KIT/PROTECTIVE GLOVES/SURVIVAL FOOD PACK/EMERGENCY DRINKING WATER/POCKET RADIO/DUCT TAPE and more…
